Off the coast of Odessa’s Black Sea froze. Ice-covered piers extend hundreds of meters of ice torosy. In recent years, Odessa winter differ warm weather, which is already characterized by sharp normoy. Nyneshnyaya winter and prolonged cold weather, which led to the freezing of water near the shore. This phenomenon is very rare: the last time off the coast of Odessa Sea froze completely in 1977.
