Miss Earth 2012: Earth'swomen do the Gangnam Style!

The finale of Miss Earth, 2012, is scheduled to take place on November 24, 2012 at the Versailles Clubhouse, Philippines.
Miss Earth is among the top three biggest beauty pageants in the world, along with Miss World and Miss Universe. A contestant performs the Gangnam Style by K-Pop singer Psy.
Miss Earth competition was first launched in 2001 to promote the environment related issues.

Miss Earth is an international beauty pageant that is meant to make people more aware about environmental issues.
 The new Miss Earth crown is entirely made up of recycled precious metals.
 The participants take part in tree planting ceremonies and other environmental awareness programmes.
Close to a hundred beauties are vying for the Miss Earth title, which organizers claim as the only beauty pageant with an advocacy to save Mother Earth. Contestants performs the Gangnam Style by K-Pop singer Psy.
