Ajith. The film’s shooting recently started in Chennai and scenes involving
Ajith, Premji & Trisha were shot. Since Ajith and Trisha have been the biggest icons,
Venkat Prabhu opted for test shoots with young league of actors like
Vaibhav, Premji Amaran and a newcomer so as to get along well with scenes with lesser takes.
Trisha has tweeted - Ajith Kumar looks cool. I’m loving the entire film unit.

Yuvan Shankar Raja has gone insomniac as he is vigorously working day and night on musical compositions for Mankatha. Venkat Prabhu wanted Yuvan to complete the songs before taking off with shooting. But due to some health problems, Yuvan Shankar Raja had got the works delayed and now he is on full swing.
